Open the reel or post in Instagram, tap the Share icon, and choose ReelNotes from the share sheet. A small card appears — add a note or pick a category if you want, then tap Save. That's the entire flow, every time.
There is no official way for any third-party app to read your Instagram Saved collection in bulk — that access doesn't exist on Instagram's platform for anyone, not just ReelNotes. The Share Sheet is the one reliable way in, so ReelNotes is built around it instead of a login flow that couldn't do what people expect anyway.

Yes. The Share Sheet works with anything that shares a link or text, not just Instagram. Categorization is currently tuned around fitness, travel, and career content, so results vary by what you're saving.
No. There's no account, no login, and no server. Everything you save stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
